Excellent Value, pack of 2 gold plated banana plugs for speaker wire terminations.
2 plugs are included in this pack which is enough to terminate a cable at one end. Two pairs may be required per speaker cable if your amp and speakers both have 4mm banana plug terminations.
These plugs are high end professional types. You will be well impressed with their quality. Plugs of this type will cost you a fortune in a high street HiFi shop, so pick up a bargain here!
These great value banana plugs are 24K gold plated to ensure a low resistance connection. Suitable for round speaker cable up to 7mm squared.
These plugs are particularly suitable for our own speaker cable. Use them with our 1.5mm, 2.5mm, 4mm and 6mm speaker cable. The photographs show how the plugs can be fitted to our 2.5mm 322 strand cable. Simply strip off 12mm of the outer sheath, undo the banana plug head fully and thread the cable through the centre hole. Double back the bare copper and screw the head back in tightly.
For 4mm cable you need to strip off far more off the outer sheath and insert the bare copper right down the centre of the plug head. Larger diameter cables like the 6mm type is best terminated using the side entry hole as shown in the photographs.
Please note no cable is included with these plugs, the photographs of the cable are for demonstration only. Check out our shop for our range of speaker cables!
What's even more the plugs are stackable which is particularly useful for series and parallel connected installations. Terminate the cable using the side entry hole if you wish to stack.
