STP7NK80ZFP / STP7NK80 N Channel SuperMESH Power Mosfet 880V 5.2A

STP7NK80ZFP N channel power mosfet. This original ST Microelectronics device is described as a SuperMESH power mosfet device with internal zener protection. 

The device has a maximum drain to source voltage rating of 800V and a maximum drain to source current rating of 5.2A. This device is suitable for use in switch power supplies such as in televisions.

The version supplied is the ZFP type which is a plastic TO-220 package. It may be used to replace, with adequate heat sinking, the STP7NK80Z TO-220 metal version. It can also replace other devices in the STP7 range with a lower voltage rating such as the STP7NK60. 

The device also has a low drain to source resistance of less than 1.8 ohms at a drain current level of 5.2A
