DVI-D 2 Way Dual Link Gold Plated Y Signal Splitter Adapter Cable

DVI-D dual link / 2 way gold plated splitter. This useful DVI splitter allows two monitors to be connected to one DVI output from a computer for example.

The adaptor cable consists of one DVI-D male connector plug which connects at the other end to two DVI-D female sockets.

The cable length is 20cm which should be fine for most applications.

As this is a splitter cable with no electronics there are some considerations to take in to account. Ideally both monitors should be identical but if not then the same screen resolution should be set on both monitors.

Also check the configuration of your DVI  plug to make sure that it is DVI-D which means DVI Digital. This is distinctive due to the single horizontal connection pin at one end of the connector.
